Make a pizza from scratch, starting with the dough and then cook it in the outdoor wood fired pizza oven.  Learn how to make the base, a tomato based pizza sauce, pesto, and also a dessert pizza, served with homemade ice-cream YUM! From 10am – 3pm. $130 per person, includes one complimentary glass of wine or beer and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. A minimum number of four participants is required for this workshop, with a maximum of 6 participants.
